Hollywood legend Steven Seagal may be set to work alongside Manny Pacquiao after the pair discussed the possibility of a collaboration at a dinner party hosted by the seven-division world champion and three-time fighter of the year.
A seventh degree black belt, Aikido master and blues musician, the box office action hero had plenty in common with the boxer.
Pacquiaio said: “We had a great time together. The time just flew by.
“We discussed the possibility of working together in movies and making joint concert appearances.
“We also discovered that we share a bond in Asian philosophy and philanthropy. I invited Steven to be with me at Jerry Jones’ Cowboys Stadium on March 13 when I defend my world welterweight title against Joshua Clottey and he accepted.”
Pacquiao was recently awarded the 2009 fighter of the year by the Boxing Writer’s Association of America (BWAA) for the second year in a row.
The 31-year-old will defend his WBO welterweight title defence against Joshua Clottey on March 13.
This fight was arranged following a breakdown of negotiations on the previously scheduled Pacquiao v Mayweather March 13 fight, due to a disagreement over drug testing.
