Stevie Hammell and Paul Slane are out for Motherwell for the visit of Hearts owing to hamstring and calf injuries respectively.
‘Well manager Jim Gannon otherwise has no fresh injury concerns as his side look to bounce back from their 3-0 loss to St Mirren in the Co-operative Insurance Cup in midweek.
Hearts have been dealt a blow with the news that defender Marius Zaliukas could be out until December, with his ankle injury feared worse than originally hoped.
The Lithuanian stopper has been out of action for over a month and was planning to make a return to action soon, but has been advised by a specialist that he need to spend another six to seven weeks on the sidelines.
Winger Suso Santana will undergo hernia surgery next week but will feature in the match at Fir Park. Goalkeeper Marian Kello is also available after returning from a shoulder injury.
Doubts remain over midfielder Ian Black, who is rated 50-50 with a hamstring injury, while Laryea Kingston (hamstring), Callum Elliot (knee) and David Templeton (foot) are all definitely out.
The referee for the match will be David Somers. Martin Cryans and Wes Boulstridge are the assistant referees and the fourth official will be Steven McLean.
