Third Division: Annan Athletic 3-3 Elgin, East Stirling 4-0 Forfar, Queens Park 2-3 Berwick, Stranraer 0-2 Montrose.

16.55: Plenty goals across Scotland today. The highest scoring game was at Central Park where Cowdenbeath beat East Fife 6-2. It was 1-0 to Cowden at half-time. There were 10 goals in the SPL and in the First Division, with 17 scored in the Second Division and the same amount in Division Three. A total of 54 goals in 18 games today in Scotland. Entertainment.

16.52: FULL TIME IN THE SPL: Rangers 3-1 St Mirren, Hamilton 1-1 Aberdeen, St Johnstone 1-2 Motherwell and earlier, Hibs 1-0 Kilmarnock.

16.50: Dramatic last gasp equaliser for Second Division leaders Alloa at home to bottom club Clyde. David McClune has spared their blushes with a 90th minute leveller. Alloa 2-2 Clyde.

16.48: Full-times starting to come in now it what has been a goaltastic day across Scotland. All the results as they come in but some games are still very much on a knive-edge, especially in the SPL. Hamilton are drawing with Aberdeen and St Johnstone and Motherwell are scrapping it out with the Steelmen 2-1 up.

Dramatic late equaliser for Elgin away to Annan Athetlic, David Smith making it 3-3 in the 90th minute. Annan 3-3 Elgin.

16.45: Goal to Dunfermline, Steven Bell has sealed the points for the Pars at home to Airdrie, Steven Bell with the goal there minutes from time. Dunfermline 2-0 Airdrie United.

Late winner for Berwick it looks at Hampden, David Greenhill has made it 3-2 against Queens Park. Queens Park 2-3 Berwick

16.43: GOAL TO MOTHERWELL! And they are almost a stick on to make it 10 games unbeaten, recovering to lead St Johnstone 2-1. John Sutton with the goal at McDiarmid Park. St Johnstone 1-2 Motherwell

16.41: GOAL TO DUNDEE: Inverness have blown a 2-0 lead at Dens Park and the First Division leaders have wrestled back the advantage to make it 2-2. Gary Harkins with the goal. Dundee 2-2 Inverness

Peterhead 1-1 Stirling now as well, Nicky Clark for the home side with four minutes left.

16.40: 4-0 to East Stirling now, Simon Lynch getting his third of the afternoon at home to Forfar. Also in Third Division, Queens Park have levelled it up thanks to Ian Watt's goal. 2-2 there.

16.37: GOAL FOR RANGERS: Nacho Novo makes it 3-1 to Rangers, bundling the ball over the line from Davis' flick and that is game, set and match at Ibrox. St Mirren took an early lead, remember. Rangers 3-1 St Mirren

East Stirling are now 3-0 up at home to Forfar, Andrew Rodgers with seven minutes to go. East Stirling 3-0 Forfar

16.33: GOAL for Aberdeen: Darren Mackie's cutback finds defender Zander Diamond in an unlikely position and he slams the ball into the bottom right corner. Game on. Hamilton 1-1 Aberdeen.

Dundee 1-2 Inverness now in the First Division, Brian Kerr has got the league leaders back in it with a great strike from fully 35 yards with 78 minutes gone.

And Stirling have the lead at Balmoor against Peterhead, David O'Brien with nine minutes to go. Peterhead 0-1 Stirling.

16.30: GOAL for Ross County: Richard Brittain gives County the lead from the spot against Raith Rovers at Victoria Park after Scott Boyd wins a penalty. With Dundee two goals down to Inverness, if all the scores stay the same the Dingwall side will move to within five points of the league leaders with two games in hand.

At Gayfield, Iain Thomson has been sent off for Stenhousemuir in their game with Arbroath for his second yellow card. It's still 1-1 there.

16.28: Oh come on Cowdenbeath this isn't even funny anymore: Yes, another goal at Central Park. Jay Stein has made it 6-2 to the Blue Brazil and every football purist wishes they were in Fife this afternoon. You don't hear that very often. Seven goals in 25 second half minutes. Cowdenbeath 6-2 East Fife.

16.26: It's only another goal for Cowdenbeath: Mark Ramsay has made it 5-2 to Cowdenbeath. What a game there, it has dominated the live text in the second half. It was 1-0 to Cowden at half time! Cowdenbeath 5-2 East Fife.

Goal for Berwick: Damon Gray has completed Berwick's comeback at Hampden, making it 2-1 after being a goal behind. The play-off ambitions live on. Queens Park 1-2 Berwick.

16.22: GOAL at Cowdenbeath - again!: It's raining goals in Fife but it is East Fife who are on the score sheet this time. Paul McManus has rallied his shell shocked team to make it 4-2 now. Is the comeback on? Cowdenbeath 4-2 East Fife

Goal for Montrose too: The Third Division's bottom team are 2-0 up at Stranraer thanks to player-manager Steven Tweed's goal. Stranraer 0-2 Montrose.

16.19: GOAL TO HAMILTON: Oh dear Aberdeen, oh dear. The SPL's lowest home goal scorers Hamilton are one up at New Douglas Park against the Dons. Flavio Paixao met a corner from the right and knocks the ball past Jamie Langfield. That's also the Accies' first SPL home goal in 2010. Hamilton 1-0 Aberdeen.

16.18: Goal to Cowdenbeath - err, again: 4-1 to Cowden and that's three goals in three minutes for the Central Park side. Darren McGregor has extended their lead even further.

16.17: That's bad news for Dundee in the race for the First Division title. Caley will move to within six points of the big spending Dark Blues if they hold onto their lead and they also have a game in hand.

16.16: Goal to Cowdenbeath - again: Paul McQuade makes it 3-1 to Cowdenbeath, who were temporarily pegged back by Crawford's leveller. Two goals in two minutes for the Blue Brazil

16.14: Goals for Inverness, Elgin, Cowdenbeath and Brechin: I can barely keep up! Inverness go 2-0 up away at Dundee thanks to Eric Odhiambo. It's a stormer at Galabank as Elgin get back into it again thanks to Shane Sutherland's goal to make it 3-2 to Annan.

At Cowdenbeath, they now lead East Fife 2-1 thanks to Gareth Wardlaw and Brechin are 1-0 up at Dumbarton, Kevin Byers with the goal.

16.11: Goals for Queen of the South, Ayr United and Dunfermline: Goals aplenty in the First Division and two of them are penalties. Andy Kirk scores from the spot to give the Pars the lead at home to Airdrie, Tam McManus makes it 2-0 to Ayr at home to Morton and Queen of the South are ahead at home to Partick thanks to Stewart Kean. Queen of the South 1-0 Partick, Ayr 2-0 Morton and Dunfermline 1-0 Airdrie United.

16.09: Goal for East Fife: Player-boss Stevie Crawford, formerly of Hibs and Dunfermline, has levelled the scores for East Fife at Central Park. Cowdenbeath 1-1 East Fife

16.05: GOAL FOR RANGERS: Lee McCulloch has his second of the afternoon as Rangers take the lead against St Mirren at Ibrox. A nice volley from McCulloch after Kenny Miller's knock down. Rangers 2-1 St Mirren.

Goals for Annan and Clyde too: Graeme Bell makes it 3-1 for Annan at home to Elgin and Clyde, bottom of Division Two, are 2-1 up away to leaders Alloa thanks to John Stewart. Annan Athletic 3-1 Elgin and Alloa 1-2 Clyde

16.02: Already a goal! Inverness take the lead at Dens Park and it's Richie Foran who has scored against the First Division leaders. This could make the First Division title race very interesting indeed. Dundee 0-1 Inverness.

16.00: And we're underway again around the grounds.

15.55: HIBS 1-0 KILMARNOCK (Full Time): That's that at Easter Road then, Derek Riordan's raker of a free-kick gives Hibs all three points and sends them back into third place in the SPL table, at least until Dundee United play tomorrow. Benjelloun missed a penalty at 0-0 but John Hughes' men ground out the result. Post match reaction when it comes in.

Here we go then, half time scores from today's SPL and SFL games

SPL: Hamilton 0-0 Aberdeen, Rangers 1-1 St Mirren, St Johnstone 1-1 Motherwell; Hibs 1-0 Kilmarnock (FT)

First Division: Ayr 1-0 Morton, Dundee 0-0 Inverness, Dunfermline 0-0 Airdrie United, Queen of the South 0-0 Partick, Ross County 0-0 Raith.

Second Division: Alloa 1-1 Clyde, Arbroath 1-1 Stenhousemuir, Cowdenbeath 1-0 East Fife, Dumbarton 0-0 Brechin, Peterhead 0-0 Stirling.

Third Division: Annan Athletic 2-1 Elgin, East Stirling 2-0 Forfar, Queens Park 1-1 Berwick, Stranraer 0-1 Montrose.

15.51: Hibs and Kilmarnock of course started early and their game is into the dying stages. Both teams are flooding forward in numbers but it's the home side that still have the advantage thanks to Derek Riordan's peach of a free-kick.

15.45: Half-time at most of the grounds now. Full round-up of the results after the first 45 minutes coming up.

15.38: GOAL FOR HIBS: Derek Riordan ends his run of five games without a goal with a stormer of a goal against Kilmarnock. His right footed free-kick from 25 yards is dipping and Robinson is finally beaten. Hibs 1-0 Kilmarnock

Goals for Clyde, East Stirling and Annan Athletic: It's raining goals in the lower leagues. Jordan White has levelled things up for Clyde at Alloa, Simon Lynch has made it 2-0 to East Stirlingshire at home to Forfar and Annan Athletic are back in front at home to Elgin thanks to Lewis Sloan. Alloa 1-1 Clyde, East Stirling 2-0 Forfar and Annan Athletic 2-1 Elgin.

15.36: Goals, goals, goals. Jay Stein has given Cowdenbeath the lead at home to East Fife and Second Division leaders Alloa are ahead against bottom club Clyde at Recreation Park thanks to Andrew Scott . Cowdenbeath 1-0 East Fife and Alloa 1-0 Clyde.

15.32: GOAL TO RANGERS AND IT'S GOAL 400!: Immediate reply by Rangers! Lee McCulloch sends the ball into Paul Gallacher's top right hand corner courtesy of a wicked deflection off Chris Innes. So it's a Scot who bags the 400th goal of the season in the SPL and we have a real game on our hands at Ibrox. Rangers 1-1 St Mirren

15.31: Goal for East Stirlingshire: Talking of Celtic, former player Simon Lynch has given the Shire an opener at Ochilview at home to Forfar Athletic. A win today will see them close the gap on Livingston at the top to four points. East Stirling 1-0 Forfar.

Goal to Montrose as well: Paul Tosh takes advantage and Montrose are ahead at Stranraer. Stranraer 0-1 Montrose.

15.30: GOAL FOR ST MIRREN: Graham Carey's free-kick from 25 yards takes a huge deflection and drops past Allan McGregor in the Rangers goal. The Buddies are in front at Ibrox and it's the on-loan Celtic player who has the goal. Rangers 0-1 St Mirren

15.28: More goals - this time for Elgin and Ayr! Elgin have levelled the scores at Galabank, Shane Sutherland making it 1-1 against Annan. In the First Division, Ayr have taken the lead against Greenock Morton, Mark Roberts scoring the opening goal at Somerset Park. Annan 1-1 Elgin and Ayr United 1-0 Morton.

15.25: GOALS TO ST JOHNSTONE AND STENHOUSEMUIR: Steven Milne makes it 398 goals in the SPL this season, levelling the scores in Derek McInnes' 100th game in charge against Motherwell. That's the amount of goals scored in all SPL games this season, I hasten to add, not how many Milne has scored. Milne got on the end of Deuchar's flick to beat John Ruddy.

Also, that's only the second goal Motherwell have conceded since the turn of the year. Rangers got the other one. St Johnstone 1-1 Motherwell.

At Gayfield, Kevin Motion for Stenny has scored a penalty to level things up there in Arbroath. Arbroath 1-1 Stenhousemuir

15.24: GOAL TO ANNAN: Graeme Bell has given sixth placed Annan Athletic a lead at home to ninth placed Elgin in the Third Division. Annan Athletic 1-0 Elgin City.

15.23: All of those goals caught me on the hop. A brief flurry of excitement there and then Hibs missed a penalty.

Rangers are under the cosh at home to St Mirren but Steven Davis has just smacked the bar and the post in quick succession as Walter Smith's team finally get out of first gear.

Jamie Murphy's early goal for Motherwell has made it 397 SPL goals for the season. Will we see 400 today? I hope so.

15.19: MISSED PENALTY BY HIBS. Benjelloun is hauled down in the box by Pascali and he's taking the spot kick. But substitute goalkeeper Lee Robinson palms his side footed effort away. A huge chance missed by Hibs and what a debut from Robinson so far.

15.14: THIRD GOAL OF THE DAY! They are flying in thick and fast now and it's the first goal in the Third Division. Jack Henry has given Queens Park the lead at Hampden over Berwick Rangers. Queens Park 1-0 Berwick Rangers.

15.11: ANOTHER GOAL! Motherwell's Jamie Murphy gets the first SPL goal of the afternoon at the second attempt after Gartland cleared his initial effort off the line. That's Murphy's third in three games and his ninth of the season. St Johnstone 0-1 Motherwell.

15:10: A GOAL! And it's James Redman who has got today's goal rush off and running with an opener for Arbroath at home to Stenhousemuir after nine minutes in the Second Division. Arbroath 1-0 Stenhousemuir.

15.05: Higdon is causing the Rangers defence all sorts of trouble and David Weir is lucky not to concede a penalty after a tug on the Buddies striker right on the 18 yard line. The resulting free-kick catches Sasa Papac square in the face. Ouch.

15.02: Early chance for St Mirren as Michael Higdon sends a fizzing low effort from the edge of the area just wide of Allan McGregor's right hand post.

15.00: The starting whistles ring out around the grounds across Scotland and the start of the second half at Easter Road will shortly follow. I'm glad all the action is about to get underway, I could do with a goal after that first half between Hibs and Killie. Barren.

14.55: If you've arrived late to the party, then you won't have seen the team news from Hamilton v Aberdeen, Rangers v St Mirren and St Johnstone v Motherwell. Just click the fixture that matters to you to be brought bang up to date. If Hibs v Kilmarnock is more your thing, note that there have been three changes to the starting elevens of both teams. Robinson is on for Bell for Killie, Hanlon and Benjelloun on for Bamba and Gow for the hosts.

14.50: HIBERNIAN 0-0 KILMARNOCK (HT): Half-time at Easter Road and there's the odd boo ringing out from the stands and straight out of the void on the now flat east side of the ground. Not the best half at all there, the second half can only get better. 0-0.

14.46: Five minutes of injury time to be played at the end of the first half after the lengthy stoppage for the injury to Kilmarnock goalie Cammy Bell (see 14.10). Still 0-0 in Edinburgh.

14.45: It's not all about the Scottish Premier League here on STV Sport. Of course not, especially when this author's team ply their trade in the fourth tier. All the goals from the 14 games that go ahead in the SFL as they come in today, as well as those in the top flight.

We've got previews of all the SPL matches, so if you are interested in finding out who is in and who is out from the games Hamilton v AberdeenRangers v St Mirren or St Johnstone v Motherwell, then follow the links. All the manager's pre-match chat is there too.

In the First Division, it's Ayr v Morton, Dundee v Inverness CT, Dunfermline v Airdrie United, Queen of the South v Partick Thistle and Ross County v Raith Rovers.

Division Two also has a full card, with Alloa v Clyde, Arbroath v Stenhousemuir, Cowdenbeath v East Fife, Dumbarton v Brechin and Peterhead v Stirling Albion.

Finally in the Third Division, Livingston's game with Albion Rovers falls foul of the weather but the games Annan Athletic v Elgin City, East Stirling v Forfar, Queens Park v Berwick Rangers and Stranraer v Montrose all go ahead.

14.38: Along at New Douglas Park, it's worth noting purely for stats fan factor that Hamilton are the SPL's lowest home goalscorers. They've put just seven in the net at home this season, four less than they have on the road and five less than Falkirk, St Mirren and today's opponents Aberdeen.

The Dons meanwhile have the league's second best defensive record away from home, letting in just 13. Only Rangers have fared better with seven.

14.33: TEAM NEWS FROM NEW DOUGLAS PARK: Hamilton and Aberdeen complete the full set of SPL team lines. Mikael Antoine-Curier is a sub for the Accies as he returns from injury.

Hamilton: Cerny, van Zanten, Canning, Elebert, McLaughlin, Easton, Mensing, McArthur, Neil, Flavio Paixao, Imrie.

Subs: Murdoch, McClenahan, Antoine-Curier, Evans, Marco Paixao, Crawford, Riley.

Aberdeen: Langfield, Foster, Diamond, Mulgrew, Paterson, McDonald, Kerr, Young, Aluko, Paton, MacLean.

Subs: Nelson, Duff, Marshall, Ifil, Mackie, Jack, Megginson.

14.31: TEAM NEWS FROM MCDIARMID PARK: Murray Davidson is deemed fit to play for the Saints but his normal central midfield partner Jody Morris is a sub. For the Well, Lukasz Jutkiewicz is on the bench.

St Johnstone: Smith, MacKay, Anderson, Duberry, Gartland, Moon, Millar, Davidson, Craig, Milne, Deuchar.

Subs: Main, Connolly, Grainger, Morris, Morais, Sheridan, Swankie.

Motherwell: Ruddy, Humphrey, Craigan, Reynolds, Hammell, Jennings, Lasley, O'Brien, Sutton, Hateley, Murphy.

Subs: Fraser, Jutkiewicz, McGlinchey, Forbes, McHugh, Coke, Saunders.

14.27: Paul Hanlon comes on for Sol Bamba as we see the third substitution of the afternoon after just 27 minutes. That's two for Hibs and one for Killie.

14.24: Second change of the day at Easter Road as Hibs level the changes up by bringing on Benjelloun for Alan Gow, who limps out of the action. We've just had our first shots on goal as well after 22 minutes. McGuire put one into the side netting for Killie and then Riordan saw his shot turned past by Killie goalie Robinson.

14.23: TEAM NEWS FROM IBROX: Madjid Bougherra misses out as expected for Rangers, with Danny Wilson coming in to the team in his place. Interestingly, just six subs for the Buddies, who have a number of injuries.

Rangers: McGregor, Whittaker, Papac, Weir, Wilson, McCulloch, Davis, Thomson, Beasley, Boyd, Miller.

Subs: Alexander, Edu, Novo, Naismith, Broadfoot, Fleck, Little.

St Mirren: Gallacher, Barron, Potter, Mair, Innes, Thomson, Brady, Dorman, Carey, Higdon, Mehmet.

Subs: Howard, O'Donnell, McLennan, Johnston, Dargo, Faulds.

14.16: Apologies for dipping into English football when it's all about Scottish football here today but there has been one hell of an incident of note in the FA Cup match between Pompey and Birmingham. The IFAB said earlier that goal-line technology won't be happening (see 13.50). Well guess what? With Pompey 2-0 up, Liam Ridgewell just put the ball clearly over the line to get Birmingham back in it and it wasn't given. Play simply raged on. Timing.

14.10: Cammy Bell is going to be subbed off after just 10 minutes against Hibs. He's stretchered off to applause from both sets of fans, with former Rangers goalie Lee Robinson coming on for his debut. Bell seems to have a fair bump above his eye, a sore one. Sol Bamba seems to be okay and will play on.

14.07: Decent start from Hibs on an Easter Road pitch that is bumpy all over. Sol Bamba's just clattered Killie 'keeper Cammy Bell and both seem to be in a bit of trouble on the ground.

Come on Hibees! This is the game where we get the charge for third back on track. 3-0, with two from Stokes today.
Exiled Hibs fan Brian e-mails in from London

14.01: We're underway at Easter Road. What do you think the score will be? Contact details up there at the top! I'm tipping a 1-1 draw.

14.00: Good afternoon if you've just clicked onto STV Sport's live updates from today's Scottish football action. We're just awaiting the ref's whistle at Easter Road for the first game to get underway. From 3pm, we'll bring you all the goals and action from all 18 games going on in the four pro leagues today.

13.50: So a bit more on that news from the IFAB that goal-line technology will no longer be explored in football. The Scottish FA and the English FA voted in favour of going ahead with further experiments but the other members of the board voted against.

Football's rule makers have shut the door on goal-line technology and effectively ended any chance of video replays coming into the game. The IFAB will decide in May whether to pursue the system of having an extra two officials behind each goal-line. Let's hear your thoughts, leave a comment using the button at the top.

"The door is closed. The decision was not to go ahead with technology at all."
Fifa General Secretary Jerome Valcke on the IFAB's decision

13.42: TEAMS FROM EASTER ROAD. Here we go then, today's line-ups as Hibernian prepare to face Kilmarnock in the 2pm kick-off. There's no place for Kevin Kyle, after he went to Turkey for a trial with Spartak Nalchik in midweek.

Hibs: Stack, Wotherspoon, Hogg, Bamba, Murray, McBride, Miller, Steveson, Riordan, Stokes, Gow.

Subs: Smith, Cregg, Ranking, Benjelloun, Hanlon, Thicot, Galbraith

Kilmarnock: Bell, Hay, Wright, Clancy, Severin, Hamill, Taouil, Flannigan, Pascali, Fernandez, Maguire.

Subs: Robinson, Fowler, Russell, Invincible, Kelly, Burchill, Kiernan

13.40: This just in from the International Football Assocation Board: Goal-line technology will not be pursued in the future. More on that when we have it.

13.33: If you're partial to a bit of that, I can tell you that in the FA Cup this afternoon, Portsmouth and Birmingham would have sent Fratton Park to sleep in a dull affair if it wasn't for that guy with the bell. It's 0-0 at half-time.

13.26: Team news from Easter Road as soon as it comes in but let's take a look at the build-up to the match. Hibs are looking to end a run of five league games without a win but come up against a Kilmarnock who went seven matches without defeat until Motherwell beat them 1-0 last weekend. Here's what the bosses have had to say:

I just sit back and say, 'When are we at our best? When we go and have a go at teams'. We've just chopped and changed it a little bit too much in terms of trying to keep a clean sheet and being harder to beat.
Hibs manager John Hughes has had a tactical epiphany

Their confidence won't be sky high but if they get a goal in the first minute then it's a different matter. We were on a good run and we let it go last week, so hopefully we can bounce back.
Kilmarnock boss Jimmy Calderwood discusses Hibs' form and his own team's chances

13:18: Did you know that Motherwell have gone nine league games without defeat? That wily pair at Fir Park of Craig Brown and Archie Knox lost their first game just before the turn of the year at Hearts but have since seen their team concede just one SPL goal, at home to Rangers. At least a point at St Johnstone today would make it 10 games without losing, a new club record in the top flight.

13:10: As you're waiting for today's games to get underway, why not take a look back at the debut airing of our brand new STV Sports Centre? You can watch the half hour show, hosted by Gerry McCulloch and Sheelagh McLaren, in full again using the STV Player. The show featured brilliant interviews with Barry Ferguson and Henrik Larsson too, which you can watch in full online.

13.06: Saturday's chat has been about Rangers' proposed takeover bid by a consortium named RFC Holdings, as reported in some newspapers this morning. Those stories led to Rangers issuing a statement regarding their future, which read as follows.

"The board of directors of the Rangers Football Club plc is aware of the recent takeover speculation in the media and refers shareholders and supporters to a previous statement issued in October 2009.

"The club's board has been advised by its principal shareholder, Murray International Holdings Limited, that it is considering options regarding its shareholding in the club and this may or may not lead to MIH disposing of some or all of its stake in the club to a third party.

"The directors of the club will keep shareholders advised of key developments but the board is unable to comment further at this time."

13.05: Of course, with Hibs tearing down their old East Terrace at Easter Road, their home match with Kilmarnock is today's early kick-off as they race against the sunset.

John Hughes' team are chasing their first win in six games, having lost three of their last five as their challenge for third spot falters. Team lines as I get them for you exiled Hibees or stay-at-home Killie fans.

13.00: Afternoon! Welcome along to STV Sport's live updates from Saturday's Scottish football action. There's 18 games in the four professional divisions today, with four in the SPL and then an almost full card in the Scottish Football League's three tiers, with only Livingston's home match with Albion Rovers suffering from snow which has left the pitch unplayable.

We've got previews of all the SPL matches, so if you are interested in finding out who is in and who is out from the games Hamilton v Aberdeen, Hibernian v Kilmarnock, Rangers v St Mirren or St Johnstone v Motherwell, then follow the links.
