Aberdeen captain Russell Anderson has won his appeal against a red card shown in last weekend's match against Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
Anderson was handed an automatic suspension after being sent off by referee George Salmond during the 1-1 draw at the Caledonian Stadium.
The Dons captain was caught out as a through ball found Shane Sutherland who managed to cut across the defender before being brought down.
Aberdeen felt the decision was incorrect and asked for the matter to be heard by the Scottish FA's Fast Track Tribunal.
The panel convened at Hampden today and overturned Salmond decision, leaving Anderson free to face Motherwell in the Scottish Premier League on Sunday.
