Scotland’s Under-21 side will face Holland, Austria, Bulgaria and Luxembourg in the qualifying stages for the 2013 UEFA European Under-21 Championships.
Billy Stark’s team finished top of their group for this year’s tournament in Denmark but lost out in a play-off with Iceland, who subsequently qualified for the eight-team tournament.
None of the teams in Group 10 alongside Scotland have qualified for this year’s tournament, with Holland having lost in their play-off with Belarus and Austria having finished third to Scotland.
Luxembourg finished bottom of their 2011 qualifying group with four points from eight games, as did Bulgaria, who finished behind Kazakhstan.
The 2013 tournament will be held in Israel, with seven teams again qualifying for the competition alongside the hosts.
Germany are the competition holders going into the 2011 tournament but did not qualify for Denmark, with the tournament comprising of Belarus, Czech Republic, England, Iceland, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine and the hosts.
