Raith Rovers have confirmed they have re-signed Dunfermline forward Pat Clarke.
The striker came on at half-time in Monday’s 1-0 home defeat to Dundee but was unable to get on the score sheet.
Clarke’s contract with the Pars expires in May and the 26-year-old will spend the rest of the season with John McGlynn’s men.
The Edinburgh-born player has only made three appearances so far this season, falling behind Andy Barrowman, Andy Kirk and David Graham in the pecking order at East End Park.
Clarke started his career with the Pars but left in 2005 to join Rovers. He spent one season at Stark’s Park before moving onto Fife rivals Cowdenbeath.
After spells with Clyde and Dundee, he returned to Dunfermline scoring nine goals in 34 league matches.
He will now help Raith’s Division One survival bid, with the club sitting in eighth position after nineteen matches.
