David O'Brien was on the scoresheet as Morton battled back to draw 1-1 with Raith.
Paul Di Giacomo had the best chance of the first half but he skewed his shot wide.
Morton missed a great chance to take the lead in the second half as Archie Campbell's sweetly struck volley was parried by Morton goalkeeper David McGurn.
Raith took the lead after 55 minutes when Grant Murray got on the end of Joe Hamill's right-wing cross to plant his bullet header home.
Morton got back on level terms after 65 minutes, O'Brien producing a measured volleyed finish from Campbell's cross.
The home side went close 15 minutes from time, but Marc Smyth's volley was well saved by McGurn.
