Craig Whyte has addressed Rangers fans outside Ibrox on the day that the club notified the Court of Session that it intends to appoint an administrator.
The Rangers owner and chairman read out a pre-prepared statement to the crowd which had gathered outside the stadium and was booed and jeered by fans of the club.
