Fenlon wants hot reception for Hoops
Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon has urged fans to make Easter Road as intimidating as possible for Celtic on Sunday as they look to build on a recent reconnection between those on the pitch and in the stands.
Hibs have secured consecutive clean sheets at home in their two most recent games - a William Hill Scottish Cup win over Kilmarnock and a draw against Aberdeen.
Celtic will be looking to guard against complacency after moving 14 points clear in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League when Rangers were docked 10 points for going into administration.
But, while the title race may have instantly lost most of its spark, there is all to play for at the bottom of the table with Hibs going into the weekend just a point above basement club Dunfermline.
Fenlon told Hibernian TV: "Their supporters will maybe be a bit more relaxed about it, I suppose, but from our point of view, which is all we can worry about, our supporters have got something to get their teeth into from the team over the last couple of weeks.
"I'm hoping the atmosphere from our supporters will be up and at `em - back to the old days when Celtic didn't like coming to Easter Road. We've got to get back to that.
"It's more about us. We can't afford to worry about other clubs. We have got our own problems to sort out here."
The Irishman addressed fans directly when he added: "Get in there and make a racket, make it an intimidating place for anyone that's coming from Glasgow.
"Going back over the years, Easter Road wasn't a nice place to come for big clubs.
"We have got to get back to that. Make sure it's as noisy as possible and enjoy the game."
Hibernian welcome back Leigh Griffiths, Paul Hanlon and James McPake from suspension.
On-loan Stoke midfielder Tom Soares is progressing following a hamstring strain but is more likely to return against Motherwell next Wednesday.
Left-back Callum Booth (Achilles) joins winger Danny Galbraith (groin) and Ian Murray (hip) on the sidelines.
Neil Lennon bristled at the suggestion that Celtic's likely title win will be devalued by Old Firm rivals Rangers losing 10 points.
The Ibrox club were automatically punished after going into administration on Tuesday and are now 14 points behind the Hoops.
With the prospect of Gers boss Ally McCoist having to shed some players from his squad in cost-cutting measures, it all points to Celtic being champions-in-waiting.
However, the Parkhead boss, speaking ahead of Sunday's visit to Hibernian, was in no mood to concede that the credibility of the SPL title race had been diminished.
"There will be no devaluing a title win, regardless of what goes on elsewhere, because it is nothing to do with our club, nothing to do with these players," he said.
"If people want to point the finger if - and it's a big if - we win the title then I will have plenty to say about devaluing titles, don't worry about that.
"If you break the rules you get punished for it, regardless of whether its Rangers or anyone else, we have seen in the past other clubs have been punished in the same way.
"I am angry that the way things have been dealt with [at Rangers], obviously it has been ongoing for a number of years and it has had an effect on previous run-ins and previous titles.
"I don't know the ins and outs and I don't think many people do and until we get to some sort of conclusion and get the answers there is no point pointing fingers."
Thomas Rogne is back in the Celtic squad for the clash with Hibernian.
The Norwegian defender recovered from a calf injury while stopper Daniel Majstorovic will be available after winning his appeal against the sending off against Inverness last week.
Defender Mikael Lustig is back in training after recovering from a hip injury but will not be involved.
