Aberdeen have taken former Bayern Munich youth goalkeeper Dan Twardzik on trial.
The 21-year-old Czech, who plays in Italy with Serie C outfit Como, has been training with goalkeeping coach Jim Leighton and the rest of the squad.
Also on trial at Pittodrie is New Zealander Te Atawhai Maurice Hudson Wihongi, who is a friend of Dons striker Rory Fallon.
A statement on the club's website read: "With the January transfer window just around the corner, the manager is constantly reviewing ways in which to develop the current squad and will open the door to a number of trialists over the course of the next few months."
Meanwhile full back Gary Naysmith could return to boss Craig Brown squad this weekend.
The former Scotland defender returned to action after seven weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury as Aberdeen defeated Motherwell in the Under-20 League.
