Scotland's top flight has now gone into hibernation for two weeks.
There was plenty action though in the final week of pre-break fixtures to whet the appetite for the second half of the season.
Eight goals were scored across five matches, with Aberdeen's game with Dundee United contributing four in a 2-2 draw at Tannadice.
Liam Craig scored the decisive goal in St Johnstone's 1-0 win over Dundee, while Gary Hooper was on target late in Celtic's victory against Motherwell by the same scoreline.
St Mirren and Kilmarnock both netted penalties in their 1-1 draw in Paisley, while it was scoreless in the Edinburgh derby between Hearts and Hibernian.
The SPL returns on Saturday, January 19, with St Mirren taking on Ross County in the 12.45pm kick-off.
Celtic v Hearts, Inverness CT v Aberdeen, Kilmarnock v Dundee United and Hibernian v Dundee are the day's other fixtures, before Dundee United v Ross County on Sunday, January 20.
