A blitz of five goals in 15 first-half minutes set Airdrie on their way to an 11-0 humiliation of Gala Fairydean.
The game remained goalless for 27 minutes, before Greg Hay conceded a penalty, which Paul Lovering dispatched.
John Boyle then doubled the lead on the half-hour with a 20-yard strike.
Jamie Stevenson's two long-range finishes in three minutes and Boyle's second goal, another from the edge of the area, wrapped up the game before half-time.
Stevenson completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute - finding the bottom corner from 25 yards - before William McLaren bundled in from close-range two minutes later.
Boyle neatly converted Jamie Bain's cross to notch his own treble after 64 minutes, and Lovering grabbed his second with a 25-yard left-footed strike.
Ryan Donnelly headed his 15th goal of the season with 14 minutes remaining before substitute Derek Holmes' facile finish completed the rout.
