Celtic have been drawn against Juventus in the last 16 of the Champions League.
The Scottish champions were paired with the Italian giants at the draw in Nyon, Switzerland on Thursday morning.
Celtic had qualified for the knock-out stages of the competition after finishing second in their group ahead of Benfica and Spartak Moscow and behind Barcelona.
The Old Lady won Serie A without losing a game last season and are sitting at the top of the domestic pile again and have found European football little more troublesome.
They topped Group E with three wins and three draws against Shakhtar Donetsk, Chelsea and Nordsjaelland, scoring 12 and conceding four in their six matches.
The Italians have faced Celtic four times in Europe. The most recent meeting came in the group stages of the 2001/02 Champions League, with Celtic winning 4-3 at home and losing 3-2 away.
The other fixture between the pair came in the first round of the 1981/82 European Cup. Celtic won 1-0 at home but lost 2-0 in Turin.
Celtic will play the first leg of the tie at home. Fixtures are currently scheduled across four weeks, with four fixtures taking place each week.
Two games take place on any given Tuesday or Wednesday. The first legs take place on February 12 and 13, followed by February 19 and 20.
Second leg games will go ahead on March 5 and 6, and then March 12 and 13.
