Rangers were handed a home tie against Dundee United while Hearts will take on St Johnstone at Tynecastle.
There’s an all First Division clash as Ayr United face Falkirk while Aberdeen will take on Queen of the South in a repeat of the 2008 semi-final.
Last year's finalists Motherwell will welcome Greenock Morton to Fir Park while Hibernian will play the winner of the replay between Kilmarnock and Dundee.
All matches are scheduled on February 4-5.
