Neil Lennon has said that he won’t accept any complacency from his Celtic players as they pursue a domestic treble this season.
The Parkhead club booked their place in the last eight of the Scottish Cup last weekend and with a Hampden date in the League Cup final to look forward to, as well as a point lead with a game in hand in the SPL, are targeting a clean sweep of trophies.
As he prepares to take his side to face Hearts in their outstanding SPL fixture on Wednesday night, Lennon said that his side could not afford to sit back if they were to enjoy success.
“You worry about that and you have to temper it very quickly,” the manager said.
"It's all right outsiders coming up and patting them on the back and saying that it's all done and dusted.
"Well it's not and it's certainly not the attitude we are adopting here.
"Rangers are the champions and they are the champions for a reason.
"We have to take on all the challenges that come our way and overcome them as best we can.
"There will be no room for complacency here and anyone showing that will be not playing."
