It’s party time for Celtic as they get set to lift the SPL championship trophy infront of their supporters after their final match of the season against Hearts.
Neil Lennon’s men clinched the title weeks ago but now they will be able to celebrate in style.
Another club with plenty to celebrate is Motherwell who will end the season against Dundee United at Fir Park.
Today’s other game sees Rangers finish their troubled campaign away to St Johnstone.
