Late goals from Blair Alston and Darren Dods saw Falkirk to a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Raith in the Scottish First Division.
The hosts almost took the lead after 28 minutes when Kallum Higginbotham curled a shot from the edge of the area only to see it tipped over by David McGurn.
Raith went close themselves in the 52nd minute but Iain Williamson's header from Allan Walker's corner cannoned back off the bar.
Falkirk finally broke the deadlock 15 minutes from time when Higginbotham's effort was stopped by McGurn, but Alston was quickest to react and fire high into the goal.
And with 10 minutes left McGurn saved from Rhys Bennett, but Dods was on hand to turn the ball home.
