Hearts’ David Templeton has been accused of kicking out at Hibernian captain James McPake in Sunday’s Edinburgh derby.
As our video shows, the winger appears to retaliate to a tackle from the Hibs defender right in front of referee Willie Collum, although the official took no action for the apparent act of violent conduct.
Scottish FA compliance officer Vincent Lunny could yet take action for the incident, if Collum did not see Templeton’s reaction.
