Hibernian have released Junior Agogo from his contract and the striker has left Easter Road with immediate effect.
The forward has been deemed as surplus to requirements as Pat Fenlon seeks to reshape his squad.
Agogo joined the club as a free agent in July but found the net just once in 14 appearances for Hibs.
Fenlon is now likely to step up his search for a forward after making a loan bid for Hearts striker John Sutton that is likely to be rejected.
