Martyn Campbell is the only absentee for Ayr ahead of the visit of Montrose in the Scottish Cup.
Defender Campbell recently underwent knee surgery and will not be considered for the third round tie.
The Honest Men go into the game in the unusual position of favourites after a run of successes against SPL sides in the Scottish Communities League Cup.
Manager Brian Reid said: "We have shown that we relish being the underdog and we now have to show that we can handle the boot being on the other foot.
"They have nothing to lose and everything to gain and we know how that can motivate you. However, if we play like we can we should be too strong for Montrose and go through."
Alan Campbell is the only injury concern for Montrose.
Former Arbroath centre-half Campbell is struggling with a groin problem sustained in training.
Manager Ray Farningham is looking for his side to show the spirit they displayed when coming back from four goals down to draw at Stranraer last week.
He said: "The last 25 minutes of that game was fantastic as the players showed great tenacity to get something from it. We need to do that from the first whistle against an in-form side and not have a terrible first hour and then get going."
