Livingston climbed further away from the relegation places with a 3-1 win over Morton at Cappielow Park.
Livi midfielder Micheal Scott forced a fine save from Colin Stewart after three minutes before Marc McNulty put them ahead two minutes later.
Robert Barr picked out McNulty from the left-hand side and he stroked the ball into the bottom right-hand corner from six yards.
The home side then drew level midway through the first half when Peter MacDonald headed Paul Di Giacomo's cross into corner from six yards.
Hamilton keeper Stewart prevented the visitors from regaining the lead 10 minutes before the break when he tipped Iain Russell's effort around the post but he could do nothing when Russell tapped in Kevin McCann's cross from the right six minutes later.
And Craig Barr headed home Jason Talbot's left-wing corner six minutes after the interval to seal the points.
