Rangers manager Ally McCoist says Motherwell’s Nicky Law and Middlesbrough defender Andre Bikey are on his list of transfer targets.
Both players are available on pre-contract at the end of the season.
Law has made 34 appearances for the Steelmen this term while Cameroonian Bikey has been a long-term target.
The 28-year-old has played 29 times for the Championship side this term under former Celtic boss Tony Mowbray.
McCoist said: "Nicky is another player whose contract situation we are aware of as well.
"Again, he is one of a number of players we are looking at.
"It’s a sensitive situation because these players are under contract at the moment to their own clubs and they’ve got a job to do for those clubs and, indeed, the fans of the clubs they represent. So it’s very delicate."
The Light Blues boss added: "Bikey is a player that we are interested in and have been interested in once or twice, certainly last year.
"He is a player we have been monitoring as well.
"I’m not sure if he’s got a different situation with his contract but he is certainly a player that we have been watching regularly.
"But, to be fair, there have been literally hundreds of those in the last months."
