It’s a busy day of SPL football with all six top flight matches taking place on Saturday with plenty to play for across the league.

There’s a key clash at the bottom of the table as St Mirren host Dundee hoping to halt a run of six straight league defeats.

Leaders Celtic welcome an Inverness Caledonian Thistle side still smarting from their 5-1 thumping at the hands of Motherwell.

The Steelmen kick off the day’s play when they take on Hearts in the early kick-off with city rivals Hibs hoping to maintain their unbeaten home league run when Aberdeen come calling.

Elsewhere Kilmarnock host St Johnstone and Dundee United travel to Dingwall to play Ross County.

Partick Thistle v Livingston is the top match in the First Division as Gareth Evans and Richie Burke start life as the Lions’ permanent managerial team.

Dumbarton also have a new manager in the form of Ian Murray but he will watch from the stands as his side face Dunfermline.

Second Division leaders Queen of the South take on in-form Ayr United at Palmerston, while in Division Three Annan host Clyde and Montrose are up against Peterhead.
