Gary Mackay-Steven handed first Scotland Under-21 start against Dutch

**Scotland Under-21 boss Billy Stark has named Gary Mackay-Steven in his starting line-up for tonight’s crucial Euro 2013 qualifier against Holland in Paisley.
**

The Dundee United ace has been in fine form in recent months, helping the club rise up the SPL table and knock Rangers out of the Scottish Cup.

Striking duo Jordan Rhodes and Johnny Russell have both overcome slight knocks to start the match.

Mark Ridgers will once again start in goal for Stark’s team who can overtake their opponents if they manage a win at St Mirren Park.

Hibernian’s Paul Hanlon has been named as captain and will be joined in defence by Ryan Jack, Danny Wilson and Ross Perry.

David Wotherspoon scored the winner the last time the sides met and will line up alongside Liam Kelly, Tom Cairney and Mackay-Steven in midfield.
