Motherwell goalkeeper looks set to miss out on the European Championships after failing to make the 23 man Republic of Ireland squad.

The Well stopper has fallen behind Millwall’s David Forde in the pecking order, with Shay Given of Aston Villa and Keiren Westwood of Sunderland vying for the number one jersey.

Celtic defender Darren O’Dea, on loan at Leeds United, has made the squad and joins former team-mate Aiden McGeady in heading to the Euros.
