Kevin Kyle is out of Kilmarnock's team to face Rangers at Rugby Park with a groin injury. The striker picked up the injury during a trial match for Russian club Spartak Nalchik recently and missed Saturday's 1-0 defeat away to Hibernian.
Killie defender Simon Ford and midfielder Craig Bryson, who have respective knee and hamstring injuries, continue to miss out but goalkeeper Cameron Bell makes a swift return to the starting XI, having been forced out of the match with Hibs because of a head knock.
Madjid Bougherra is again missing from the Rangers defence, having failed to recover from the hamstring injury which kept him out of the 3-1 win over St Mirren on Saturday. Danny Wilson will again deputise alongside David Weir in the centre of defence.
Walter Smith names an unchanged starting line-up from the win over the Buddies, as he looks to open a 13-point gap on second placed Celtic with 10 games to play.
Rangers midfielder Lee McCulloch, who scored twice in the weekend win for his team, has warned his team to keep picking up the points and not think that the league title has been wrapped up already.
"I don't think we can afford to dream," warned McCulloch. "One bad result and Celtic and the other teams around us get their tails up.
"We've got to just keep going. We've got a massive game against Kilmarnock on Tuesday against a team who are doing well and who have some good players."
