Christian Nade will continue his Hearts career after disciplinary proceedings over his dressing-room spat with team-mate Ian Black were resolved.
Nade, who is out of contract in the summer, missed a month of action after allegedly punching Black following the 2-0 Clydesdale Bank Premier League defeat by Celtic.
The striker sat out several matches while disciplinary measures were considered, although he also returned to France for personal reasons. The 25-year-old returned to action in Saturday's 1-0 loss at Dundee United amid an injury crisis, and he will remain available to manager Jim Jefferies after the club issued what is understood to be a final warning.
"This was a confidential matter between player and club," a Hearts spokesman said. "That matter has now been resolved."
