Scotland’s ‘Flying Dutchman’ Tim Visser wants to up his scoring record to keep his tries crown this year.
Visser has finished top scorer in the Rabo Direct league in the last two seasons, posting 13 last year and 14 the season before for Edinburgh, to average more than one every two games.
With Scotland duty calling for the winger this year he will have to up his average to remain king of the touch downs.
Visser said: “I obviously want to try and get some more tries to my name in the Rabo Direct. It’s going to be a big one in terms of trying to be top try scorer again.
“It’s going to be a lot tougher this year, especially if I get the chance to play in more international games so I’m not sure if I can push for that again.
“I want to be up there and then try and get more caps to my name and play some better games than I have so far for Scotland.”
